I hold an MFA in Dance, and for years I trained, performed, and taught in the Martha Graham lineage—work that taught me something I’ve never forgotten: your body tells the truth long before your mind can explain it.
And I also know this: sometimes you’re not burning your life down.
Sometimes you’re making small refinements—reclaiming your mornings, your creativity, your boundaries, your energy.
And sometimes… it’s big. A move. A breakup. A new identity. A brand new chapter you can feel coming, even if you can’t name it yet.
