a lifelong dancer, creative director, and embodiment teacher.
I’m Desirée, MFA — a lifelong dancer, creative director, and embodiment teacher.
For over three decades, I’ve studied what it means to move through transformation without losing yourself.
My work was born from reinvention — from navigating loss, societal expectation, and the quiet self-doubt that so many capable women carry.
I don’t help women “find” themselves.
I teach them how to strengthen the body, steady the nervous system, and architect a life that reflects who they already are.
Through Charmed and my advanced mastermind work, I guide intuitive, high-capacity women to translate insight into embodied leadership — whether that means reclaiming their voice, stepping into visibility, or building work aligned with their gifts.
